This stunning 13 carat cushion-cut blue sapphire is truly a rare beauty. Formed of a full pavé simulated diamond band, the sculptural band resembles the alphabetical letter Y. The center stone is encircled with brilliant round simulated diamonds to form a voluminous display of scintillation.
